What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with the Credit Strategy & Management team to support credit rules and business process improvements
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders using various elicitation techniques
- Analyze and document requirements for technical teams to implement into production
- Work closely with Program Managers and DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment
- Lead or participate in projects utilizing JIRA and Agile methodologies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a software developer or credit risk analytic role
- 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Strong written communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated historical career stability
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in reporting systems like Sigma, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Experience in Snowflake
- Experience in auto finance, particularly in originations and operations
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Data Science, Analytics
