Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Retail & E-Commerce to support retail and digital commerce initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from retail and e-commerce stakeholders.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and customer processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, operations, and IT teams.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project implementation.
- Present business recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail, e-commerce, or a related industry.
- Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of retail operations and e-commerce workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
