2. About the Opportunity:
The Business Data Analyst plays a vital role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Sales, Operations, and Finance. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple business systems to provide insights that enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and financial performance. The role supports cross-functional teams by improving data workflows, reporting accuracy, and transparency, contributing directly to the organization’s decision-making processes.
3. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using data from multiple systems including Legasis and QuickBooks/NetSuite
• Analyze customer, vendor, sales, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Extract, validate, clean, and structure data from various sources for reporting and analysis
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development
• Support lead management, reporting accuracy, and data integrity within HubSpot and Knowsys
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership to improve reporting processes and data transparency
• Assist with system audits, data mapping, documentation, and process improvements
• Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of reporting tools and analytics best practices
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Some experience in environmental services preferred
• Some hazardous waste control experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required with a driving record meeting company standards and current DMV printout
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification required
• Confined Space Entry certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous
• Safety conscious
• Patient and flexible to fast-paced changes
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: $65,000-$78,000 annually
• Compensation depends on candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and may fall outside the given range
