Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential partners, developing strategic growth initiatives, analyzing market trends, and contributing to expansion efforts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies, maintain client relationships, and oversee contract negotiations. The individual will also monitor performance metrics and assist with scaling operations in new and existing markets.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and opportunity identification
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and decision-making
- Familiarity with healthcare or addiction treatment industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an advantage
