Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Travel: Statewide travel throughout Florida required (mileage reimbursed)

A growing manufacturer of luxury kitchens, custom closets, and architectural wood products is seeking a skilled Bilingual Cabinet Installer & Wood Assembly Technician to join their team.
This position offers stable full-time work and includes both field installation at project sites and cabinetry assembly work in the warehouse when not traveling. We are looking for dependable, hands-on candidates who take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on premium residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Install custom kitchen cabinets, closets, built-ins, and millwork at job sites
Assemble cabinetry and wood components in the warehouse
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and installation layouts
Perform precise measurements, leveling, alignment, and finishing
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely
Troubleshoot installation challenges and perform field adjustments
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and work areas
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, designers, and clients in English and Spanish
Travel throughout Florida for installations (mileage reimbursed)
Requirements
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
2+ years of cabinet installation, millwork installation, woodworking assembly, or finish carpentry experience
Experience installing kitchens, closets, custom cabinetry, or architectural millwork
Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
Comfortable using power tools, saws, drills, and measuring equipment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Willingness to travel statewide for projects
