Café Team Member Who We’re Looking For
At Aruba Café, we’re looking for people with a great attitude.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes feedback well, works hard, and enjoys being part of a team. We’ll teach you how we do things at Aruba Café and help you build new skills along the way.
Responsibilities
- Help customers with a friendly attitude.
- Prepare drinks and food.
- Prep fruits, chocolates, sauces, and other ingredients.
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized.
- Wash dishes and clean equipment.
- Restock supplies throughout the day.
- Work well with your team.

Experience
Previous café or food service experience is preferred but not required. Barista experience is a plus.
