Responsibilities

- Assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information

- Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Follow call center protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with company standards
- Support clients via email or chat when necessary, ensuring timely and clear communication
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and a friendly demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
- Previous call center experience or customer support background preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or promote services when appropriate
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Experience in outbound calling, cash handling, or analysis skills is advantageous but not mandatory
