Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, go above and beyond in preforming the daily tasks, and job duties. This role requires strong work ethic, attention to details, and a passion for providing the best customer interaction.

Duties:
- Operating equipment such as pressure washer.
- Inspecting vehicles for damage and reporting any issues to management.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Assisting customers with questions or concerns and providing excellent customer service.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided and inventory.
- Assisting with the training and supervision of new employees.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Address any arising issues that can impact the car wash operation.
- Preform basic car wash maintenance.
- Achieve membership quota sales goal.
- Keep the car wash inside and outside; and the surrounding landscape clean and trash free.
Experience
- Familiarity with custodial duties and cleaning techniques is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and move heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use point-of-sale systems and other software as needed
