Overview
Frans Stay At Home Care LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Care Worker (DCW) to support a client in Quakertown, PA. This position offers consistent full-time hours with a focus on evening and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and safety monitoring
- Document services in accordance with agency requirements
Requirements
- Background check (FBI clearance if applicable)
- TB test required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Home care experience preferred
