DUTIES
– Experience in high end projects; working and/or leading kitchens, baths, and basement remodeling work.
– Collaborate and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project success
– Understanding the importance of and managing project schedules; keep schedules on budget to completion of projects on time and on budget
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
– Communicate effectively to provide project updates and address any questions or concerns
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
– Manage project documentation, change orders, and inspecrions
EXPERIENCE
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a carpenter role; 5 years if applying as a Lead – in the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
– Knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting as a Lead
– Familiarity with building codes and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively lead a team and coordinate project management on a construction site if applying as a Lead
=Understanding and proficiency using technology, ie; online documentation, uploading pictures of job sites, etc.
