Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with quality standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Plan menus that align with dietary requirements, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and fine dining service to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
- Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and providing training on food handling and safety procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in culinary arts and restaurant management
- Extensive banquet experience with the ability to oversee large-scale food production for events
- Supervising experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary restrictions management
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, food service management, and catering operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and kitchen equipment operation
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on high-quality food presentation and service excellence
