Role Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving commercial strategy and revenue growth across Amplify IT Partners and its portfolio of managed IT service providers. This role oversees sales, account management, and business development activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities. The CCO will lead commercial planning, set performance targets, and manage budgeting processes to optimize profitability and long-term value creation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, building and maintaining key client and partner relationships, monitoring commercial performance, and collaborating with executive leadership on investment and expansion decisions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting commercial objectives and defining go-to-market strategies.
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with a track record of leading teams, building pipelines, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong Budgeting skills, including forecasting, resource allocation, and managing commercial P&L.
- Experience in the IT services or technology sector, ideally with managed service providers or similar B2B environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics to inform commercial decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
