Role Description The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Rhod AI is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing the company’s end-to-end digital vision and strategy. The CDO will lead the development of a unified digital ecosystem, aligning product, technology, data, and customer experience to support Rhod AI’s mission of reducing fragmentation and complexity. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting digital roadmaps, overseeing digital transformation initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, marketing, and operations. The CDO will analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic direction and prioritize initiatives. This role will also establish digital governance, define key performance indicators, manage digital portfolios, and ensure that security, scalability, and user experience are integrated into every digital capability.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Digital Transformation, with experience leading large-scale initiatives that integrate products, platforms, and services into cohesive digital ecosystems.
- Strong Digital Strategy and IT Strategy skills, with the ability to align technology choices with business goals and long-term product vision.
- Demonstrated strength in Strategic Planning, including roadmap creation, prioritization, and translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Hands-on Project Management experience overseeing multi-team, multi-phase digital programs from concept through execution and measurement.
- Extensive leadership experience in senior digital, product, or technology roles (e.g., CDO, CPO, CTO, VP Digital or equivalent) in high-growth or innovation-focused organizations.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven products, cloud ecosystems, security, automation, and data architecture, preferably in platform or ecosystem environments.
- Ability to lead and inspire distributed teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build inclusive, high-performance cultures in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
