Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading LIGHTBOX VENTURES LIMITED’s overall strategy, operations, and performance. The CEO will define and communicate the company vision, set long-term goals, and ensure alignment across all functions, including product development, finance, sales, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial health, guiding business planning and budgeting, managing executive leadership, and monitoring key performance indicators. The CEO will drive sales growth, foster strategic partnerships, and represent the company to stakeholders, investors, and clients. This role requires regular collaboration with distributed teams, ensuring effective remote communication, decision-making, and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee processes, resources, and organizational efficiency.
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to set goals, prioritize initiatives, and guide long-term growth.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales leadership, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Prior executive leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or senior leader in a software or technology company.
- Ability to lead remote teams, foster a collaborative culture, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
