We are looking for an experienced Medical Scribe Trainer with exposure to dermatology workflows and Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) documentation processes to train and mentor virtual medical scribes. The trainer will be responsible for improving documentation quality, workflow understanding, real-time scribing accuracy, and overall readiness for US healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for virtual medical scribes
- Train candidates on dermatology terminology, SOAP notes, and clinical documentation
- Provide exposure to ModMed/EHR workflows and best practices
- Conduct mock live scribing and simulation exercises
- Review trainee notes and provide quality feedback
- Improve typing speed, listening comprehension, and documentation accuracy
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and evaluation checklists
- Assess trainee performance and certify deployment readiness
