A global technology company operating at significant scale, building complex software platforms used by businesses around the world. As the organisation continues to expand its product ecosystem and international footprint, it is entering a new phase of operational maturity and looking to strengthen the leadership behind how its product and technology teams operate.
We are partnering with them to find their Chief of Staff, Product & Technology to support a large-scale Product & Technology organisation spanning multiple product groups and international markets.
This is a highly strategic role working closely with the SVP of Product and senior Product, Engineering and Design leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and operational partner to help drive strategy, execution and organisational effectiveness across a complex, globally distributed environment.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, with responsibility for shaping leadership cadences, driving planning and prioritisation, leading key initiatives, improving business performance visibility and ensuring alignment across teams working towards shared business outcomes.
We're particularly interested in speaking with leaders who bring:
- Experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Product Operations or Management Consulting roles
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability
- A track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives within technology or product-led organisations
- The ability to simplify ambiguity, drive clarity and turn strategy into execution
- Experience partnering with senior Product, Engineering or Technology leaders
