Hire Up Recruiting is partnering with a top 50 national childcare operator to find their next Chief Operating Officer.
The Role
The COO will own day-to-day operations across a multi-state portfolio of early learning centers, including P&L, enrollment, people management, quality, curriculum, and licensing/compliance. Leading a team of Regional Directors and VPs, the COO will partner directly with the CEO and ownership on strategy and growth.
Compensation
$250,000+ base + bonus + equity
