Position Summary
We are a fast-growing provider of software services and digital transformation solutions in the utilities domain—specifically in water, waste, and electric utilities. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenue, expand into new markets.
The CRO will align and drive all existing revenue-generating functions—including sales, marketing, and business development—to achieve high-impact results. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CRO will shape and lead the company’s growth trajectory in the U.S. and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy across all channels (direct, partner, digital, etc.).
- Lead and integrate sales, marketing, customer success, and business development functions to drive aligned performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, customer segments, and product/channel strategies.
- Work closely with Delivery and Finance to ensure alignment with, pricing, and long-term profitability.
- Oversee key customer relationships, support strategic deal-making, and drive customer retention and expansion.
- Build and lead high-performing, data-driven teams across all revenue functions.
- Provide thought leadership and represent the company externally with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue-generating roles (sales, marketing, etc.), including 3–5 years in a CRO or equivalent executive role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations in high-growth.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, demand generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfort with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Utility Industry :Waste,Water and Electric utilities.
- Familiarity with modern CRM, marketing automation, and revenue intelligence tools.
- Proven experience leading revenue growth across global markets.
