Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk (Hybrid Clinical Role)
Bloomingdale, IL | Part-Time or Full-Time
We are a fast-paced, patient-centered chiropractic office in Bloomingdale looking to add a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk team member to our practice.
This is a hybrid role where you’ll gain hands-on clinical experience while also helping manage patient flow at the front desk. You’ll work directly alongside the doctor and play a key role in both patient care and patient experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role combines hands-on patient care + front desk coordination, making it ideal for someone who wants well-rounded experience in a clinical setting.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Assist with rehab exercises and patient flow
- Apply therapies (E-stim, heat, ice)
- Support patient education and care plans
- Perform soft tissue work / manual therapy (preferred but not required)
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and communicate with patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process payments and assist with check-in/check-out
- Assist with EMR documentation
- Help maintain an organized, efficient front desk
General Support:
- Assist with marketing activities
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
Schedule
We’re looking for someone flexible and dependable:
- Mon/Wed/Fri: 10:00am – 3:00pm and/or 3:00pm – 8pm/8:30pm
- Thursdays: 4pm- 8pm/8:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:30pm (as needed)
Compensation
- $16–$18 per hour
- Performance-based incentives available
