GENERAL SUMMARY – Truck Driver
Seeking to hire a Class A CDL drivers to deliver tanker loads to Frac locations driving our Peterbilt trucks
Candidate will perform the duties required to operate a late model tractor trailer (Peterbilts) in a safe, professional and efficient manner including maintaining all paperwork and logs in accordance to company and DOT rules.
Job Location: Fort Lupton, CO. (we are located at the corner Highway 85 and Country Road 8 – just south of Fort Lupton) – Drive by anytime to view the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 25 years old and Current, Clean Class A CDL
- Oil Field Experience Preferred – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
- No On-Site Incidents
- Vac Truck, Winch Truck Driver Experience a PLUS
- Haz Mat endorsement a PLUS
- No, DWI, DUI, or DWUI’s
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screen & Background Check
- Excellent Communication Skills

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Vacuum Truck Driver drives and operates the Vacuum Truck to pick up, haul and unload various oil field related fluids including fresh water, brine (salt) water, frac fluids, drilling mud and other well servicing, drilling and production fluids, from and to various sites and sources. All duties are to be performed consistent with Company and Regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements. All Drivers are to comply with company and customer operating procedures to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site and to efficiently perform the task.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the vacuum truck to the customers’ location(s) to pick up fluids used in oil field related operations. Pull hose(s) from the truck, make required connections and perform necessary tasks to load or unload fluids using the truck’s vacuum system. This task requires monitoring the amount of fluids loaded/unloaded to ensure legal load allowances are not exceeded.
- Drive the vacuum truck from the loading site or customers’ location to appropriate disposal site(s). This requires the driver to be knowledgeable of applicable DOT rules and regulations/ and all job-related company, local, state and federal requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate work tickets/waybills based on requirements and the work performed for the customer(s). Driver must maintain accurate daily driving log books, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintenance files on the vehicle. The driver is responsible for alerting appropriate supervision of mechanical defects that are noted on the truck.
- Complete accurate documents and records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, such as records of fuel purchases, IDVRs and mileage reports.
- Comply with company policies, federal, state and local regulations for safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
- Must have an understanding of basic maintenance concepts as required to diagnose, report and perform light to medium vehicle repairs as necessary. The use of hand tools and other equipment associated with the vehicle is required.
- Position requires various types and levels of job-related training with respect to the operation of the equipment, McAda truck driver operating procedures and other specialized training required by regulatory agencies and the company.
- Wear all PPE required for every specific job task.
- Report all safety issues, incidents/accidents/damage and concerns to McAda management.
- Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to McAda policies and work requirements.
- Will be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and nights as necessary to cover a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week business operation.
