Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Conduct floor care activities including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
- Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote health and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify supervisors when restocking is needed to ensure continuous operations.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks in hospitality settings or custodial responsibilities in institutional environments as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently.
- Experience with laundry operations and general custodial tasks is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
