Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, kitchens, restrooms, windows, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while following safety guidelines
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials
- Follow established cleaning systems to ensure consistent quality
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Maintain clear notes/logs of completed work for quality control
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Good time management and ability to complete jobs within agreed timeframes
- Clear communication and reliability
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Ability to follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning products
Work Structure
