Description

The Seasonal Clerical Talent Acquisition is a contract role supporting the Distribution Center Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will be responsible for clerical duties including data entry, daily audits within TA systems, and creation of badges for our Employment Center. This role is highly focused on customer service and interaction with associates, guests, and leadership teams within VS&Co.

In this on-site position, candidates must be available for work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (overtime and Saturday hours as needed). We have 2 On-Site Employment Centers, located at Easton and E. Broad St. in Reynoldsburg. Candidates need to be flexible to work at either location.

Your Impact:

  • Performs moderately complex clerical tasks
  • Deliver support, research, and problem resolution assistance to all functional areas within our employment center.
  • Perform audits of seasonal associates’ offer letters to identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain timely and accurate data entry
  • Provide strong written and verbal communication
  • Support creation of badges using Lenel software system
  • Maintain confidentiality in working with candidate and company information.
  • Support front desk operations and perform administrative duties; answering phone calls, following up on emails, texts, voicemails and checking in candidates.
  • Ability to flow to the work as needed
Minimum Salary: $24.00

Maximum Salary: $31.50

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Your experience:

  • Strong customer service and attention-to-detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong sense of accuracy and follow through
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong technical skills including the use of internet-based programs, windows, office-based software, and Lenel software system for badge creation
  • Displays self-motivation, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of initiative to make independent decisions.
  • Proven team player
  • We will provide a company laptop and charger, other equipment like wired axillary headphones must be provided by you.
