We are seeking a Clinical Director in Oakwood, OH, for a full-time leadership role offering $65,000–$85,000 + bonus.
- Lead and oversee clinical care and team operations in an integrated psychiatry practice specializing in evidence-based mental health treatments, including IOP, therapy, medication management, TMS, Spravato, and Ketamine therapy.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and community outreach, while maintaining a clinical caseload to model best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand services, develop programs, and improve outcomes.
Qualifications: Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, or LMHC in Ohio with at least 2 years supervising licensed clinicians; strong knowledge of evidence-based practices; experience in higher levels of care preferred; comfortable with hybrid work.
