Clinical Mental Health Therapist (Contractor)

Vida Clinic is a group therapy practice with roots in Austin, TX. We recognize that our strength lies in the unique talents and perspectives each individual brings to the table. We are locally owned by a practicing psychologist, and encourage therapists to develop caseloads that match their expertise and preferences. We aim to bring culturally responsive, identity affirming, client-centered mental health services to the communities we serve. We are currently looking for a therapist licensed in Texas to provide therapy both in-person and virtually.

The ideal candidate will:

• Maintain full licensure (PhD, PsyD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT), or be actively working toward licensure
• Conduct therapy services both virtually and in our shared office space
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques through a strengths-based orientation
• Provide DSM diagnoses
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that acknowledges and respects the complexities of clients from diverse cultural, racial, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds
• Set your own schedule (Anywhere from 5 sessions per week to a full caseload)
• Be a self-starter who can work independently
