As a Commercial Cleaning Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality cleaning and custodial services that ensure our clients’ spaces are spotless, organized, and well-maintained. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle janitorial tasks like trash removal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities including furniture polishing and minor maintenance tasks to support overall facility upkeep.
- Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, including deep cleans in warehouses or manufacturing areas.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and supply inventories to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance practices is beneficial.
- Experience with residential painting or porter duties can be an added plus but is not required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment. Pay: $400.00 – $900.00 per month
