We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Electrician to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of electrical projects at a commercial construction site. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex electrical systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in commercial buildings, utilizing your expertise to deliver top-tier results efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial buildings, including lighting, power distribution, and low voltage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete wiring and installation tasks on construction sites.
- Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols rigorously during all phases of work.
- Troubleshoot high voltage and low voltage electrical problems efficiently while maintaining safety at all times.
- It is a must that ALL safety protocol is followed at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a commercial electrician
- Hands-on experience with construction site electrical installations, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Knowledge of NEC standards related to high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces typical of construction environments.
