Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Commission-Based B2B Sales Representative specializing in Corporate Events and Business Services. In this dynamic role, you will drive new business development and expand our client base by actively engaging with corporate clients across various industries. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing sales to generate revenue through a commission-based structure. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to potential corporate clients.
  • Develop and manage a territory of business accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our corporate event solutions and business services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, managing account issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within corporate events or business services sectors.
  • Strong management skills with experience in territory management, lead generation, and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, direct sales, and inside sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to evaluate client needs and craft compelling proposals.
  • Experience in marketing strategies related to technology sales or retail sales is a plus.
  • Ability to perform product demos effectively, upsell services, and handle cold calling with confidence.
