You will play a key role in securing and shaping our future workload, leading the pricing and commercial input on a wide range of projects, typically valued between £100k and £5m.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing detailed cost estimates
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and employer’s requirements
- Managing the enquiry process with our vetted supply chain via Constructionline Buyer
- Identifying value engineering opportunities to enhance competitiveness
- Supporting bid strategy and contributing to win themes
- Liaising with internal teams including Bids, Design, Commercial, and Delivery
- Attending site visits, tender interviews, and client meetings where required
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similarExperience working within frameworks & public procurement routesStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate costings under tight deadlines.
