Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Carpenter, you’ll play an important role in bringing custom home projects to life from the ground up.
Responsibilities include:
- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, wallboard, and other building materials
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber and other materials accurately
- Framing, sheeting, and general carpentry work
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications
- Inspecting materials and structures to identify defects or needed repairs
- Repairing damaged or structurally unsound framework
- Safely operating hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction experience required
- Strong skills in framing, sheeting, measuring, and cutting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with power tools and safe operating procedures
- Ability to work at heights, including roof work
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including Wisconsin winters
- Tool belt strongly recommended
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Carpentry or completion of a carpentry apprenticeship is a plus
