Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and dependable 1099 Exterior Construction Subcontractors to assist with residential and commercial projects. Work includes roofing, gutter installation, siding, windows, exterior repairs, and related construction services.
We are looking for professionals who produce quality work, communicate effectively, and take pride in completing projects safely and on schedule.
Scope of Work
- Roofing installation, repairs, and replacements
- Gutter installation and replacement
- Vinyl, fiber cement, LP SmartSide, and metal siding installation
- Window and exterior door installation
- Exterior trim, fascia, soffit, and flashing work
- General exterior repairs and carpentry
- Job site cleanup and adherence to safety standards
Contractor Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of exterior construction experience preferred
- Must provide your own basic tools
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work at heights and lift 75+ lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and low-slope roofing systems
- Seamless gutter installation experience
- Siding installation (vinyl, Hardie®, LP®, metal)
- Window and door installation
- Basic framing and finish carpentry skills

Important Information
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing (if applicable), transportation, and tools.
