Happy Groves is one of Florida’s fastest-growing tropical fruit tree nurseries, serving customers throughout the Tampa Bay area.
We specialize in rare and unusual fruit trees, including avocados, mangoes, lychees, persimmons, citrus, figs, bamboo, sapodillas, guavas, and many more.
Our mission isn’t simply selling trees—we want to become the most trusted educational resource for growing fruit in Florida.
We’re looking for someone excited about creating engaging social media content that teaches, inspires, and builds a community of fruit lovers.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative Content Creator who can transform one weekly filming session into a week’s worth of engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
You’ll work directly with the owner, capturing authentic videos around the nursery and turning them into content people genuinely enjoy watching.
This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into managing all digital content for the business.
Weekly Responsibilities
At the Nursery (3–4 hours per week)
Visit Happy Groves once per week to:
- Film short educational videos
- Capture B-roll throughout the nursery
- Record drone footage (optional)
- Photograph new arrivals
- Capture customers tasting fruit
- Film harvests
- Record owner interviews
- Capture seasonal changes
- Document behind-the-scenes operations
No scripted videos. The owners/employees simply walks through the nursery talking naturally while you capture the content.
Editing (4–8 hours weekly)
Transform the footage into:
- 5 Facebook Reels
- 5 Instagram Reels
- 5 TikTok videos
- 5 YouTube Shorts
Also create:
- Stories
- Photo posts
- Carousel posts
- Thumbnail images
- Cover images
Social Media Management
Manage:
- Optional:
- TikTok
- YouTube ShortsResponsibilities include:
- Writing captions
- Adding subtitles
- Posting content
- Scheduling posts
- Responding to comments
- Monitoring engagement
- Suggesting future content
Skills Required
Must have:
- Excellent iPhone videography
- CapCut or Premiere Pro editing
- Strong understanding of short-form video
- Ability to create engaging hooks
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms
- Ability to add captions
- Basic photography
- Reliable transportation

No horticultural knowledge is required. We will teach you everything about fruit trees.

- Customers mentioning they discovered us on Facebook

Paid Audition (Finalists Only)
The top 3 candidates will be invited to a paid test project.
They’ll spend approximately two hours at Happy Groves filming content with the owner. Each finalist will then have one week to produce:
- 3 Reels
- 1 carousel post
- 1 Facebook post
- 1 Instagram Story sequence
We will pay each finalist for this assignment. This allows us to evaluate real-world creativity, editing, and communication before making a long-term hire.
Pay: $900.00 – $1,500.00 per month
