Responsibilities

- Maintain proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve food service operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or similar settings.
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and culinary techniques including knife skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
- Experience in catering or large-scale food service is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
