Enjoy daytime hours and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule—no late nights or weekends (Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)! This role offers a fun and creative environment where your culinary skills and passion for great food shine every day. You’ll support exciting company events and engage directly with our associates from the distribution centers, corporate offices, and even our CEO.

What You’ll Do

As a Cook 1 , you’ll play a hands-on role preparing hot and cold menu items that fuel and delight our associates. You’ll:

• Prepare and cook items across a variety of stations including grill, deli, chopt, and grab-and-go.
• Deliver exceptional customer service—greet guests, take orders, and ensure every interaction ends with satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness at all times.
• Support catering events and special culinary projects, bringing variety and creativity to your workday.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for food, creativity, and providing a great dining experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous culinary or food service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
