Job Summary
Our sister company Nannies of Louisiana (NOL) is hiring experienced caregivers to provide backup childcare for families whose employers offer this benefit through major organizations (including corporate offices, hospitals, and universities).
This role is ideal for dependable, professional nannies who are comfortable stepping into different home environments and delivering high-quality care on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home childcare for families needing backup care
- Care for children of various ages
- Step in during school closures, mild illness, or caregiver absences
- Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment
- Communicate clearly with families and agency staff
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable, non-family childcare experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professional references required
- Weekday availability (standard business hours)
Schedule Options
- Part-time availability preferred
- PRN (as-needed) roles available
- Flexible scheduling based on family needs and caregiver availability
