Position Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing organization seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support continued hiring across corporate functions, including Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and other business support teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical positions efficiently. The Corporate Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle while helping improve recruiting strategies, sourcing efforts, and hiring processes that support the organization's continued growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while successfully managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate positions across Accounting, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate the hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future growth.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Continuously expand candidate networks across key functional disciplines.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to department leaders.
  • Provide guidance on recruiting strategies, talent availability, compensation trends, and market insights.
  • Ensure hiring managers remain informed throughout each search.
  • Help drive efficient hiring decisions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruiting documentation.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, interview conversion, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, workflows, and sourcing strategies.
  • Assist with implementing scalable recruiting best practices as hiring needs continue to expand.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the organization professionally throughout every candidate interaction.
  • Deliver a positive, responsive, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and social recruiting efforts.
  • Help position the organization as an employer of choice within the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house recruiting environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Accounting, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, or other corporate positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying both active and passive candidates.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
