The Opportunity
As a Counter Sales team member, you’ll be the face of Revco for many of our customers. You’ll build relationships with contractors, electricians, and homeowners by providing knowledgeable service, accurate order processing, and solutions that keep their projects moving. What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers promptly and providing knowledgeable, courteous assistance.
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales and expand existing accounts.
- Help customers select the products they need and recommend alternative or complementary items when appropriate.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on quotations, existing orders, calling queues, and bid opportunities to support customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Assist inside and outside sales teams with customer inquiries, order processing, and product information.
- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Pull, verify, and prepare customer orders accurately for pickup.
- Maintain organized, well-stocked shelves and attractive product displays throughout the showroom and sales area.
- Maintain current product knowledge through ongoing training and self-development.
- Balance and reconcile the daily cash drawer, ensuring all cash, credit card, and check transactions are properly documented and submitted.
- Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as needed to support department operations and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour
