This role involves physical work in crawlspaces and residential job sites, including waterproofing, structural support, drainage systems, and moisture control solutions.
Our company maintains inspection-level quality standards based on a licensed home inspection background, and all work must meet expectations commonly required for real estate transactions (home sales and purchases).
We provide training for the right candidates with strong construction experience and work ethic.
Location
Smyrna, TN – Report to Warehouse Daily (Field Work – Company Vehicles Provided)
Responsibilities
- Structural and foundation repair
- Drainage system installation (crawlspace, basement, and exterior systems)
- Vapor barrier installation and crawlspace encapsulation
- Radon mitigation system support and installation assistance
- Organic growth remediation and crawlspace cleaning
- Crawlspace and basement cleanup and preparation work
- Basement foundation repair and moisture control work
- Insulation removal and replacement
- Installation of sump pump and water management system
- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely
- Complete work to meet inspection-level standards required for real estate transactions
- Work as part of a crew completing scheduled daily projects

Preferred Experience
Construction experience is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Crawlspace or basement work
- General construction or remodeling
- Drywall, framing, or carpentry
- Masonry or concrete work
- Drainage or waterproofing systems
- Handyman or residential repair work
- Any hands-on trade work involving tools, problem-solving, or job site experience
No crawlspace experience required — we provide training for the right candidates with strong construction backgrounds and work ethic.
Important
This position requires physical labor including crawling, lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces. Reliability and consistency are critical.
