Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Crepe Maker & Chocolatier to lead our café and dessert bar program. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can execute high-quality desserts and train a team to maintain consistency and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare crepes (sweet & savory), waffles, and chocolate-based desserts
- Train and develop staff on recipes, techniques, and presentation
- Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service
- Assist with menu development and new dessert concepts
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with crepes, waffles, and chocolate/dessert production
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Experience training or leading a team preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for desserts and hospitality
Compensation & Schedule:
- Flexible structure: Full-time, part-time, or contract
