Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Crepe Maker & Chocolatier to lead our café and dessert bar program. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can execute high-quality desserts and train a team to maintain consistency and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare crepes (sweet & savory), waffles, and chocolate-based desserts
  • Train and develop staff on recipes, techniques, and presentation
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service
  • Assist with menu development and new dessert concepts
  • Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with crepes, waffles, and chocolate/dessert production
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Experience training or leading a team preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for desserts and hospitality

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Flexible structure: Full-time, part-time, or contract
  • Competitive pay based on experience

Additional Information:We are looking to hire ASAP and are open to negotiating terms for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a growing dessert program.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
