**Crew Leader – Mitchell’s Lawn Care Service LLC**
**Location:** Henrico/Glen Allen
**Pay:** We have a standard base pay $21/hr+ 33% labor revenue Bonuses each weekly paycheck. Plus Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. The right people make $30/hr. Paid Gym memberships. Good Reviews bonuses of $50 cash. Upsell Bonuses. Training pay upgrade. It’s guaranteed you will make more here than any other lawn care company. But you must be effective and efficient.

We’re looking for a hands-on Crew Leader to guide our team to success. You’ll oversee daily operations, keep projects on track, and ensure top-quality results. If you’re a natural leader who thrives under pressure and knows how to get the job done, we want you.

⦁ Direct Deposit payroll paid weekly every Friday.
⦁ Weekly hours vary depending on the workload, season, and weather conditions.
⦁ AFTER 90 DAYS EMPLOYMENT. The following paid holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
⦁ AFTER 1yr EMPLOYMENT You earn 5 paid vacation days, 3 paid sick days, and 2 paid personal days.
⦁ AFTER 2YRS OF EMPLOYMENT You earn retirement benefits. This is only For crew leaders and above.
⦁ We work Saturdays if needed.
