SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic, analytical CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own the full customer journey at Wellbel. Email, SMS, and subscriptions are not support functions here: they are core to how we acquire, engage, and build lasting relationships with our customers. We need someone who thinks critically about every stage of the customer journey, builds systems and frameworks that scale, and translates performance into clear commercial recommendations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lifecycle, Email & SMS
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, mapping and optimizing every stage of the customer journey from first purchase through loyalty and win-back
- Optimize all automated flows in Klaviyo
- Develop advanced segmentation to personalize communication by customer behavior, purchase history, and subscription status
- Manage the CRM and campaign calendar, aligning lifecycle touchpoints with product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
- Own all email and SMS campaigns end-to-end: strategy, briefing, build, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis
- Lead a rigorous A/B testing roadmap to continuously improve performance across subject lines, content, creative, and send timing
- Own the strategy and execution for growing the email and SMS subscriber lists, including pop-ups, lead generation pages, and on-site capture tools
- Support direct mail campaigns as part of the broader CRM mix, including list segmentation, targeting, and post-campaign analysis
Subscriptions
- Own the day-to-day operations and execution of the Wellbel subscription program on Skio
- Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to develop and refine subscription strategy, bringing data, insights, and recommendations to the table
- Execute subscriber acquisition programs through post-purchase conversion flows and trial-to-subscribe touchpoints
- Support subscriber LTV growth through targeted lifecycle offers and personalized communication, in line with the broader subscription strategy
Reporting & Analytics
- Own the weekly reporting cadence to the Head of Ecommerce across all lifecycle channels: email, SMS, and subscriptions
- Go beyond the numbers: bring clear interpretation and forward-looking commercial recommendations to every report
- Share insights cross-functionally to inform broader marketing and ecommerce strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing at a DTC brand
- Deep, hands-on Klaviyo expertise: flows, segmentation, deliverability, and campaign execution
- Experience owning email and SMS programs; Klaviyo SMS
- Proven experience with subscription preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and how customer and order data connects to CRM tools
- Proactive, consumer-oriented, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or personal care is a strong plus
