Active IN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS ALL CRNA practice. 3 CRNAs/day. 2 ORs. General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry- (every other week). Must be proficient in spinals and epidurals. Additional regional exp preferred. EMR:
