Duties
- Operate various garment printing equipment, including screen printing and heat transfer machines, ensuring precise application of designs.
- Collaborate with clients or team members to understand design requirements and provide creative input.
- Prepare garments by ensuring proper fabric handling, garment construction techniques, and quality control before printing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.
- Assist in fabricating custom apparel by sewing or assembling garments using sewing machines and other tools as needed.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies, fabrics, and finished products within the warehouse or production area.
- Conduct quality inspections on printed apparel to ensure color accuracy, durability, and overall craftsmanship before packaging.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of garment construction principles and sewing techniques.
- Experience operating sewing machines and performing sewing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to apparel production and customization.
- Warehouse experience is preferred for managing inventory and materials flow effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy and design precision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
