Customer Call Center Representative Jobs in Louisville at Bryant Heating & Cooling

Award-winning residential HVAC company looking for a friendly, experienced, and hard-working Customer Service Associates to join our team. You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls regarding service, installation, and sales, responding to customer emails, and fielding customer questions and concerns. Benefits include company-paid medical, dental, and life insurance as well as 401k with company match and paid time off. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. We are looking to fill a full-time position and would prefer someone available to work Saturday or Sunday.

Job duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Scheduling service calls for customers
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Understanding and promoting company programs

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working in a call center environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to multitask and navigate between multiple computer applications
  • Able to speak clearly and professionally in both positive and negative situations and maintain a pleasant tone of voice
  • Experience in handling difficult and tense situations over the phone
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with customer and company information
