Job Description: Executive – Voice of Customer (VOC)

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Role Objective
As a VOC Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our marketplace sellers. Your goal is to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers by providing real-time resolutions, ensuring a seamless experience on India’s largest B2B marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from both buyers and sellers professionally.
- Query Resolution: Provide immediate solutions to user grievances, account-related queries, and platform navigation assistance.
- Buyer-Seller Mediation: Assist buyers in finding the right suppliers and help sellers understand lead requirements.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM to help improve platform services.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure all calls are answered and resolved within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Candidate Profile
- Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in english and basic hindi .
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide logical solutions to frustrated users.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and comfort using web-based CRM tools.
- Attitude: Customer-first mindset with a strong desire to learn the B2B e-commerce ecosystem.
