Our team is growing and is hiring a Customer Enrollment Representative to support our expanding Quantum Fiber campaign. This is a full-time, in-person role where you’ll work directly with residential customers, introduce fiber internet and telecommunications services, explain available promotions, and help customers find connectivity solutions that fit their household needs.
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to build confidence while developing valuable skills in customer service, sales, and account management.
If you enjoy building relationships, staying active throughout the day, and working toward personal and team goals, this is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable experience in outside sales, customer engagement, and account management as a Customer Enrollment Representative.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet directly with prospective and existing customers throughout assigned territories as a Customer Enrollment Representative.
- Introduce fiber internet, broadband, wireless, and telecommunications services
- Explain service plans, pricing, promotions, account features, and available upgrades
- Recommend connectivity solutions based on each customer’s household needs and internet usage as a Customer Enrollment Representative.
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer customer questions while providing a professional, solution-focused experience as a Customer Enrollment Representative.
- Build lasting customer relationships through communication, follow-up, and account support
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity
- Contribute to customer acquisition and individual sales goals while supporting overall team success as a Customer Enrollment Representative.

Pay: $3,000.00 – $5,500.00 per month
