Good Common Sense Naturals is a one-of-a-kind boutique where skincare products are formulated, made, packaged, and sold all in the same space. Our team values quality, creativity, and creating warm, memorable customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- We can be flexible with weekday schedules; consistent Saturday availability is required
- Genuine interest in skincare, wellness, and natural products
- Friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys helping customers feel confident and cared for
- Grace under pressure with a calm, team-minded attitude
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and time management
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable customer service
- Educate customers on products and help them find the best fit for their needs
- Create select custom products for customers on the spot, such as blending scents or preparing personalized items
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions
- Merchandise and refresh displays to keep the shop visually inviting, seasonal, and easy to shop
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and finishing freshly made products
- Support light production and restocking to keep the shop flowing smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, beautiful retail environment
- Adapt to changing priorities with strong multitasking skills
- Participate in in-store social media content creation — being on camera is part of our fun, creative culture
