The Customer Experience Representative serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales staff, and the operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating service dates, confirming scope of work, and ensuring a smooth experience for both corporate and private clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and operations to coordinate services and schedules
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with corporate and private clients regarding dates, logistics, and service details
  • Review sales orders and service requests for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate scheduling changes and resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
  • Support operations and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of services

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling, or operations support
  • Background in moving, relocation, logistics, or service-based industries is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
