My Mail Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer focused team member to join our growing business. This is a part-time position ideal for someone looking for consistent evening and weekend hours.
Schedule:
-Monday-Friday: 11 AM – 5 PM
-Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers
-Accept and process UPS, Fedex, and USPS shipments
-Handle package pickups and mailbox customer inquiries
-Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
-Process transactions using our point-of-system
-Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications:
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Reliable and punctual
-Comfortable using computers and learning new software
-Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs
-Previous retail, shipping, or customer service experience is a plus
