Customer Service Associate
The Customer Service Associate that the Plastic Forming Company is looking to hire will be responsible for a multitude of key activities and will work directly with our sales and production staff. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in an office setting. This position requires someone who is detail oriented and is a team player. This position is a main contact for customers and works directly with the customer to provide just in time delivery solutions. General office duties are required as well. This is an hourly position, with pay based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
To include, but not limited to:
- Answer phones & direct calls
- Receive & process incoming Customer Orders
- Scheduling incoming orders with production staff
- Coordinate shipments for two warehouses
- Handling of customer returns, and finding resolution
- General office duties; maintain files, distribute mail, office supplies, etc.
Qualifications:
― Experienced customer service professional
― Must be detail oriented
― Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team player
― Excellent oral and written communication skills
― Must be well organized and possess time management skills
― Good listener who projects a calm demeanor and possesses skills in problem resolution
― Ability to work independently
― Proficient in Microsoft Office
― Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Manager package a plus
Base Pay: Hourly pay commensurate with experience
